Yes, there are two different expiration dates you need to track to ensure you receive and use your reward funds.
1. Payout Expiration (Deadline to Click the Link in Your Reward Notification Email)
This is the first and most critical date. It is the deadline for you to click the link in the reward email and select your desired reward option (e.g., Visa, Amazon).
- Where to find it: The expiration date is shown directly below the Redeem button in your reward email.

What happens if you miss it? Rewards must be redeemed before this date. Once this date passes, the reward link will expire, and we will be unable to reissue a replacement reward
2. Fund Expiration (Deadline to Use Your Chosen Reward)
Once you click "Redeem" and choose your reward, the specific funds you receive will have their own expiration date, based on the type of reward chosen:
