What if I don’t receive an email to pay me for my participation?

If it has been longer than 3 business days since the completion of your study, please contact us for assistance.

Note that some cross-market studies may have a slightly longer processing time and could delay your payment. In addition, the end date of the study may not be the same day that you participated.
 
During the holiday season, we may experience a higher volume of studies and therefore there may be payment delays. We appreciate your patience during this time.
