I do not have access to the email address that my payment was sent to. Can it be sent to a new email address?

Our standard procedure is to send your payment to your email address associated with your Curion account.
If you cannot access that account, or the payment is not coming through (and is not in your junk mail) we will need to cancel your original payment and resend to a new email address.
To resend to a new email address, please contact us include the following information:
Job Number (This would be "J" followed by 6 digits)
Date of study
Original email address
New email address to resend to (don’t forget to update this in your profile!)
If you are submitting a revised email, please allow 3-5 business days for your payment to be resent.
