How can I unsubscribe?

We love talking to you but we understand things happen. There are a few different scenarios to consider...

"I no longer want to participate in paid Curion studies"

Although we will be sad to see you go, you may unsubscribe from Curion's panel at any time.

Each Curion survey invitation email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page. You may also choose to opt out by clicking on the Unsubscribe Tile on your account home page or contacting us directly. NOTE: Unsubscribing your account will also unsubscribe any children accounts associated with your account.

Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for your status change to take effect.

"Please remove me from the call list"

Asking to be removed from our call list will prohibit you from receiving upcoming or same-day study opportunities with Curion.

As part of our process, you may still be called with reminders for studies you are either currently participating in or are scheduled to participate in, including Home Use Tests, Focus Groups or other in-facility tests.  You will also be called if you were placed on a waitlist, or if your session is rescheduled or cancelled.

"I moved, do I need to unsubscribe?"

Even if you have relocated to a different part of the US, there are still options for you to participate with Curion!  If you've moved to an area that is within driving distance to one of our facility locations, you'll be eligible to attend once we update your account information. If driving to a Curion Testing Center is not an option, we also have remote or on-line opportunities. Just let us know so we can update your account!

"I don't want to get text/SMS messages"

Occasionally, Curion will send you a study related text. If for any reason, you wish to opt out of receiving text messages from Curion, you may do so by replying "STOP".

"I don't want to receive emails"

To maintain an active status with Curion, a valid email must be associated with your account.

If you have any questions or ever change your mind about receiving communications from us, please don't hesitate to contact us!
