Curion values the contributions of its panelists and strives to create a positive and productive research environment. To ensure the integrity of our data and the well-being of all participants and staff, we maintain a clear policy regarding panelist conduct. While we appreciate diverse perspectives, certain behaviors can undermine the research process and compromise the experience for others. Therefore, Curion reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a consumer from our panel and database at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
This policy covers, but is not limited to, the following situations:
Disruptive or Non-Compliant Behavior: This includes any conduct that interferes with the smooth operation of a research session or creates a hostile or uncomfortable environment. Examples include:
- Aggressive or disrespectful communication: Verbal abuse, insults, threats, or harassment directed towards staff, other panelists, or clients will not be tolerated.
- Repeatedly arriving late or missing scheduled sessions: Consistent tardiness or no-shows disrupt the research process and waste valuable resources.
- Failure to follow instructions: Panelists are expected to adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided for each study. Repeatedly deviating from these instructions can compromise the data and may result in suspension.
- Disruptive behavior during sessions: This can include excessive talking, interrupting others, or engaging in activities unrelated to the study.
Abuse of the Rewards System: Our reward system is designed to compensate panelists for their time and participation. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit this system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. Examples include:
- Creating multiple accounts: Each panelist is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards is a violation of our terms and will lead to the suspension of all associated accounts.
- Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate or misleading information during registration or within studies, including demographic data or product usage history, is a serious breach of trust and will result in suspension.
- Attempting to "game" the system: Any attempt to manipulate the reward system, such as using bots or other automated methods to complete surveys or studies, is strictly forbidden.
- Sharing or selling login credentials: Panelist login credentials are unique to each individual and should not be shared with others. Sharing or selling these credentials is a violation of our terms and will result in account suspension.
- Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to claim rewards for studies not completed or for participation not genuinely rendered will be considered fraudulent activity and will result in immediate and permanent suspension.
