I redeemed Curion Points, but have not received my reward.

When redeeming Curion Rewards points, this is what you should expect:

  • Points redeemed will be deducted from the total rewards points balance in your Curion portal.

  • Once points are redeemed, it will take up to 7 business days for your redemption to be processed.

  • Your electronic redemption will be sent from Tremendous to the email linked to your Curion account, and at that time, you may select an electronic or physical card redemption.

  • You can easily identify a Curion payment in your inbox:
    Sender: rewards@reward.tremendous.com   
    Subject: Curion sent you (Incentive amount)!
    (If you do not see your reward, please check your spam folder!)

  • If you have not received your redemption reward in 8 business days, please contact us so that we can investigate!
