My Curion Rewards were not credited to my account – what should I do?

Login to your Curion consumer profile at www.curioninsights.com/consumer-panel/ and
locate the “Curion Earnings” section.

Click the “History” button to view a full history of the points that have been credited to your account.

If points are not visible in your history after 2–3 business days, please contact us.

All requests to review points awards must be made within three (3) months of the qualifying activity by providing your Name, Email address, PID (panelist ID), date of activity and a description of the request.
