A focus group is a type of research in which consumers share their thoughts and ideas with a moderator in a small group setting (usually 3-8 other consumers). In a focus group, you may be asked to discuss a specific topic or you may taste, smell, or use products, then discuss your feedback. The moderator will lead the discussion and ask questions to better understand your thoughts and opinions on the topic/products being discussed.
Focus groups may be held in person at one of our facilities or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. A focus group may be as short as 30 minutes or as long as a few hours.
