At Curion, we truly appreciate your time and enthusiasm for taking part in our research studies. While it's rare, unexpected situations may arise that lead us to reschedule or cancel a study. We understand that this might disrupt your plans, and we want to be upfront about our procedures while also thanking you for being understanding and flexible.
What Happens When a Study is Rescheduled or Cancelled?
In the unfortunate event that a study needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, we will contact you directly via email or phone as soon as possible. We'll explain the reason for the change and provide you with any updated information about the study, such as the new date and time if applicable.
Appreciation for Your Flexibility
If your originally scheduled study was to take place in person at one of our six Curion facilities (see locations), we recognize that your time is valuable. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding during a reschedule or cancellation, we will send you a $5 digital Visa prepaid gift card via email within approximately 3-5 business days. This payment is made through Tremendous like all other payments issued by Curion.
External Studies and Reschedules/Cancellations
It's important to note that this appreciation offer applies only to studies conducted at our Curion facilities. Occasionally, we collaborate with external research partners that recruit panelists outside of the Curion Consumer panel. Unfortunately, for those studies recruited for by external, non-Curion companies, we are unable to offer a gift card at this time. This is because external studies involve separate recruitment and payment processes managed by those specific companies.
