Curion reserves the right to discontinue Curion Rewards Points and may modify these Terms at any time. To accumulate and keep Curion Rewards Points, you must maintain an account in good standing.
Curion Rewards Points will expire on January 1st and July 1st of each year if no participation, or attempt at participation, is made in the prior 6 months. Participation is defined as attempting to qualify for a study by completing or attempting to complete an online screener.
Curion Rewards Points cannot be resold or otherwise transferred. Curion Rewards Points cannot be combined or merged with Curion Rewards Points in another account. Unauthorized or fraudulent use, resale or distribution of Curion Rewards Points is prohibited. Curion reserves the right to cancel, revoke or otherwise prevent the issuance of Curion Rewards Points in cases of mistake and in any suspected case of unauthorized or fraudulent use. In addition, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if your account is not maintained with current information, it is a violation of these Terms, and you may forfeit any Curion Rewards Points in your account.
All redemptions of Curion Rewards Points are final, and Curion does not offer refunds for any Curion Rewards Points redeemed for the acquisition of Visa prepaid gift cards or donated to charity, except as required by applicable law. Curion Rewards Points are not redeemable or exchangeable for currency, monetary value, or convertible for other virtual currency from Curion or any other third party. Consumers are expressly prohibited from transferring, assigning, selling, gifting, exchanging, trading, converting, leasing, sublicensing, renting, or distributing Curion Rewards Points whether directly or through an intermediary. Curion Rewards Points are not property, and you have no right, title or interest in any Curion Rewards Points.
