Error: You may be already logged in in a different tab

 "The survey you are trying to use cannot be displayed. You may be already logged in in a different tab."

 

This error can be due to accidentally double clicking on a screening survey. If you get the error above, there are a few options you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear browser cache & cookies

  2. Switch browsers or devices (desktop browsers work best!)

  3. Do not pause when taking questions, as you will be timed out
