Previous Policy (Prior to March 1, 2025)
Previously, Curion Rewards points expired after 6 months of inactivity.
Current Policy (March 1, 2025):
We've updated our rewards program to give you more time to use your points! Now, your Curion Rewards points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
How Point Expiration Works:
- Points are valid for 12 months from the month they are earned.
- Points expire on a rolling monthly basis. For example:
- Points earned in January 2024 will expire at the end of January 2025.
- Points earned in February 2024 will expire at the end of February 2025.
How to Keep Your Points Active: To prevent your points from expiring, stay engaged with Curion! Participating in any of the following activities will reset the inactivity clock and keep your points active:
- Completing a poll
- Participating in a screener survey
Example:
If you earned points in March 2024 and then didn't participate in any activities until May 2025, your March 2024 points would have expired at the end of March 2025. However, if you completed a survey in April 2025, all your accumulated points would remain active for another 12 months.
Why the Change?
We're committed to providing the best possible experience for our valued participants. This change gives you more flexibility and time to earn and redeem your rewards.
