Curion Contests and Raffles: General Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY CONTEST OR RAFFLE.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Each Curion contest or raffle (each, a "Promotion") begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the Official Rules for each individual Promotion announcement (the "Promotion Period"). The Official Rules for each individual Promotion supplement these Curion Contests and Raffles: General Terms and Conditions
2. ELIGIBILITY: Each Promotion is open only to: (1) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, (2) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and (3) who are active Curion panelists. Employees of Curion (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must comply with the Official Rules for that Promotion and follow the instructions provided in the specific Promotion announcement on Curion's social media, website, or email. Limit of one (1) entry per person per Promotion, unless otherwise stated. Entries must comply with the Guidelines and Content Restrictions below.
4. PRIZES: Prizes and their approximate retail values (“ARV”) will be detailed in each individual Promotion announcement and/or that Promotion’s Official Rules. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected randomly or based on criteria specified in the Promotion announcement and/or Official Rules. Winners must be active Curion panelists. Winners will be notified via a public post on social media requesting a private message, email, or in-person at a facility, as dictated in the Promotion announcement and/or Official Rules.
6. GENERAL RULES:
   • Promotions are governed by the laws of the United States.
   • Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.
   • Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
   • Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any issues related to participation.
7. GUIDELINES AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: Entries must not:
   • Infringe on any third party's rights.
   • Disparage Curion or any other person or party.
   • Contain inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or unlawful content.
   • Promote bigotry, racism, or discrimination.
8. PUBLICITY: By entering, entrants agree to allow Curion to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. PRIVACY: Curion's Privacy Policy applies to all Promotions. Information collected will be used to administer the contest and for other purposes as described in the privacy policy.
10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms.
